The Landings is located off of Beechcreek Road at Mooring
Lane. The other roads in the neighborhood include Broadreach Road, Country Lake
Drive, Forecastle Court, Jibe Lane, Moontide Court, Sailing Court, Serenity Court,
Serenity Drive, and Spinnaker Court. There are approximately 170 lots in this neighborhood
with several on Lake Murray.

Lexington School District One, the children of The Landings
attend
Lake Murray
Elementary
(Grades K-5), Pleasant Hill
Middle (Grades 6-8), and Lexington High
(Grades 9-12).
